Group Assignment (Academic Course: Fashion Buying)
Scope: Created a simulated buying portfolio for Victoria's Secret based on store location, target market and other factors. Depicted is an excerpt of a 6 month merchandise plan from a final buying project which included a budget, a merchandise investment summary, a 4-5-4 product and promotional calendar, as well as an economic and competitive analysis used to justify forecasted sales.
